After navigating the traditional publishing process, Michael Cubbage established Variation-A Publishing under Variation-A, LLC. The goal was straightforward: create a publishing structure capable of supporting current and future projects without unnecessary delays, complications, or dependence on outside schedules.
After removing committees, approvals, delays, and countless “just one more thing” conversations, he discovered that publishing books is much faster when the only person who can slow things down is the author himself.
